Earth Care
We are called to be stewards of this wonderful world with which God created and gifted us. With the help of each of us doing what we can, we can return it to a healthier condition.
Why Earth Care?
Our Mission and Our Greater Mission
Shortly after the session came up with the mission statement – “a space and community restoring relationships with God, creation, and humanity” – we became aware of the Earth Care Congregation project.
We felt this was in accord with our mission statement. After investigating, we learned that there are 4 areas that are part of the focus.
We will be working to think intentionally about our actions and behavior in these areas so that they are in accord with taking care of the Earth.
